Has your tuner talked with FIC? He's using the correct injector data? Many run their injectors without issue.
Ahh ill have him contact them directly and maybe they have a solution!

All I can say is "holy shit" as I drive this car.
Running at 7 PSI and this car feels like a rocket ship.

next upgrade is running a cool TSTAT - looking at the REISCHE PERFORMANCE 170*
seems like that is the go to with these cars!

Funny Update:

So coming from a Focus ST that was FBO and then came into the mustang realm.
Missed the Turbo feeling so went TT as you all know.

What i learned yesterday is that you truly do not get the full car until you disable traction control and Advanced track for most of the ford performance cars. Is this a true statement?

Yeah. Go out under the hood on the drivers side fender well and unhook the "dyno plug" .

You can wire a switch as well for in the car. All the plug does is makes a continuous loop.

update:

Last night, the car threw a code for a misfire in cylinder 4.....going to replace that spark plug and the coil, hopefully this helps fix this issue.

if the spark plug (NGK 6510 gapped to .83) doesnt help, what is the next step in diagnosing the cause?

That's a HUGE gap. Have you done a crank re-learn? Did you have the transmission out of the car/do a clutch, etc?

I've ran 12.5 lbs of boost on my hellion kit with 6510s gapped at .028 for years with no blow out or misfires. Unless you going with a lot of boost you probably don't need to go any tighter than that.

.028 is what I am running on my Whipple at about 11 psi. Did your tuner tell you to gap them that much?

I have my 6510’s gapped to .24. I think anything from .24-.28 should be good.
Just wait till you feel 12lbs
