Hello,

I am wondering if the 2015 base Mustang GT with performance package, will have selectable driving modes, or is that premium option only? I could not find an answer directly. If not then is the throttle the same regardless of traction control off and steering mode different?

Thanks in advacne.

Hold in traction control while pressing brake pedal firmly(at a stop on level ground), hold for about 5 seconds. this turns off traction control AND advance track. Much more action than sport mode I believe. Sport mode still has advance trac active. This turns all the "nannys" off.

no need to be on the brake and level ground to turn it off. i turned it off while cruising at highway speeds just to test it a while back

Partially wrong.

Only premium models have selectable drive modes which includes both auto and manuals (Snow, sport +, track, normal)

The base model can change stuff with traction/stability control using buttons but it cannot change the throttle response like the toggle switches

get the JMS or whatever its called. Changes the throttle response without sacrificing warranty like a tune could.

I remember my 14 GT I had to be stopped with my foot on the brake to disable the AdvanceTrac. It's nice to be able to do it on the fly in the 15.
