Base mustang gt upgrades

i currently have a stock 2021 mustang gt base, a friend of mine has a totaled 2020 gt premium convertible and told me i can pretty much take any parts i want from the car. what parts am i able to swap over without requiring a ton of mechanical work? i was thinking the digital cluster and sync 3 system but im not sure if they would require more parts to work with my car. any help is appreciated thanks

Digi cluster and sync 3 are pretty straightforward swaps, you definitely will want those. Things like the ambient lighting are a different story though, a lot more work. I'd also take the lighted sill plates, even if you don't wire them in they look way better than the base black ones.

You may also want to steal his seats if they're leather with the heat and cooling, although the wiring aspect isn't straightforward, it's doable.

I would steal the engine and trans if it wasn't the cause of being totaled.. should be an easy 8 grand on eBay.
