From what we have found here, that does seem to be the case.

Also, you may want to check your Toe Links you already have. EVERY single S550 I have touched or looked at, Non PP or PP....EB, V6 or GT.....has had the "PP Toe Links" already installed from the factory.

Just trying to help.
are you talking about the toe link or the knuckle bearing?

Referring to what I stated, the toe links.

You said your ordered the knuckle bearing AND the toe links.

I was simply telling you, you probably already have the toe links that you ordered.

The other part of the conversation is the tension links and lateral links. Where the PP Tension Links simply have deflectors.

Hope that helps.

Got it. Makes me want to cancel my order and just order the lateral links.

Well the items has been shipped. Only way I can get a refund is to return it and the shipping cost is not worth saving $100 And I rather have the brake cooling fins. Ohh well, research before you buy.

HAHAHAHA! Hey man, I am the same way - errrr....feel the same pain my friend.

Good to hear on the boots! The new ones are much better, and were rapid tested to 500K+ cycles without a single issue.

I know I am a pita to our suppliers for those kind of things, but I want my customers to get the best!

Found out that all GTs get the 'PP' toe link, as do PP EB's. V6's and non-PP EB get the link with the bushing.

Kelly,

Just curious - the Ford Racing kit hyperlinked on page 1 of this thread, the Ford description states the pieces within that kit are only found on the Performance Pack equipped 2015-2016 GT's, which I have included the Ford description below:

Fits 2015-2017 Mustang GT and 2.3L EcoBoost

Original equipment on 2015-2016 Mustang GT Performance Package

The Rearward Performance Pack Front Control Arms are forged steel and contain a spherical bearing mount versus the tubular weldment and rubber bushing found on base Mustangs

The Forward Performance Pack Front Control Arms are forged steel and contain an air deflector to aid in brake cooling

Includes right and left forward and rearward front Performance Pack control arms and all installation hardware
No mention of the kit (or *certain pieces in the kit*) also being standard stock parts on a PP EB. However from your (and others posts on this site), it has been confirmed that the GT and EB PP equipped vehicles do in fact share the "upgraded" stock toe links, but not the other pieces in the Ford Racing description (which is probably causing some confusion).

However, just for clarity sakes since your profession deals with these cars on a daily basis and the fact that the Ford sales literature does not spell out the specific PP suspension parts on PP optioned S550s...

Can you please list or tell us the "shared" or exact PP suspension upgrades the GT and/or EB come with if the owner chose that option package?

Just installed this kit. Definite steering on center feel improvement as well as responsiveness. Downside, just a little less comfortable because of seemingly more road feel in the steering.
