Looking to change systems. Have some of the s550 issues with fitment I've seen on videos in researching been addressed yet? Just watching videos many were having to remove and reconstruct braces ect to fit the red race valve and stage 2 air to air? I'd want the stage 2 in either a P1x or D1x.
2019 Mustang GT premium Velocity Blue a10 3.15 gears. What kind of times/power are people seeing out of 93? I guess I could spray some meth on it if needed....
Thanks

Procharger changed the placement of the big red valve so I don't believe there are any fitment issues anymore.

You can usually get around 650whp out of 93, spraying meth on top of it the sky is the limit depending on how much meth you want to inject. I run around 750-800 with 93+meth on a gen 2 P1X.

If you dont plan on going E85 i would stay with the P1X. It will have a stronger midrange than the D1X and since you won't even be able to max out the P1X on your fuel, no reason for the D1X.

Thanks a lot perfect info...I was hovering around a p1x for that midrange and being less likely to get consumed with power, popping the engine. It's so easy to upgrade the head unit ( cheaper than going to stage 2 on some kits NOT counting what you recover from the existing head unit ) I was leaning heavily towards P1x now.......
I didnt realize there was a gen 2, is this a F1x revised bearing and max impeller speed raised situation again?

Thanks a lot

The P1X and D1X I believe are only a little over 100hp difference of potential. You can easily pop a stock motor with either one with too small of a pulley lol. You can easily upgrade a head unit but it's much much more expensive to do after purchasing the kit.

By gen 2 I mean gen 2 coyote, where you have gen 3 so some things can't be directly compared with the higher compression.

Yes thanks for clarifying! It's just so easy to pulley down hehe...now I will say I've had damn good luck selling my old head units and buying new ones thru a decent contact that cuts me deals...I wouldnt expect to have much between p1x and D1x and I've stepped back from F2 to -94 and made money LOL....
I might would just do a -94 with 5 inch pulley and lowered shift points Haha. Good to go for life lol
Trust me I could buy a -94 at the price I paid for mine and have 1k in my pocket for the cost of my stage 2 upgrade and NOT sell my old unit...hehe....
You have been a great help. I'd probably do some LU47s and a boost a pump with stage 2 and a p1x and ease up from there. Start a savings account for a short block haha.....
Thanks man.

Meth.
Reasonable size pulley with more timing!

Alot of people try run a baby pulley on crap gas amd the car wont be able to run much for timing.

Yes when I dropped it off to my installer i also dropped extra piping off from my previous paxton car and he ended up fabricating it by welding it to the oem pc piping. Love my D1x Stage2 especially on vp racing fuel. I have stock motor with opg’s and the billet crank sprocket with a Fti 3200 stall speed and 3:55’s. She gets out pretty good then pulls harder as the rpms pick up..

Holy shit 3200 stall and 3.55s then that D1x comes in that must be fast as hell...but still easy on parts what does it run? You probably shift 7600-7800 and well bet its pulling nuts up top that's how my -94 feels on my other car it just never feels like it quits pulling harder till you let off.....
Thanks for the response...damn 18-UP A10?
