'18 Engine Rattle

I noticed a loud rattling sound and pulled over immediately. It looks like it's coming from the passenger side valve cover. I have limited knowledge about engines. Anyone have any idea what this is?? The dealer did replace cam phasers and lifters a few weeks ago.
