While I'm waiting, the 6r80 was freshened up with new Exedy clutches. Trans already had a TCS intermediate shaft that was reused. The planetary had a ton of wear, so it was swapped out for a new OEM unit. All buttoned up and ready to go.

That would be better suited for a PD or turbo setup. I would much rather have a narrow rpm band through the pass. Keeps the average HP up across the duration of the pass.
