First of all, I have to give props to my dealer (Krieger Ford out in Muscatine, Iowa) for resolving my concerns with my car. Moral of the story-buying your car from a good dealer really counts.

As some of you have experienced, there can be a slight rattle coming from the bezel near the light switch on our cars. I mentioned it to my dealer and with no hassle, they looked into it and searched for service bulletins and came up with "SSM 4S189"; they removed the bezel and installed flocking tape per the Ssm. Rattle is gone!

I also informed them of a slight brake squeak on my car. Also, just to clarify I have a GT premium with the performance package (6 piston brembos). I know there was a service bulletin posted on here for normal GT's and ecoboost mustangs with their performance package (with 4 piston calipers). Anyway, my service guy found "TSB 15-0030" and ordered some new parts that were re-engineered to reduce brake squeal for my car. The following parts were ordered:

GR3Z1125E - Rotor Asy - Brake
FR3Z2001A - Kit - Brake lining

As a reference, the mfg date on my car is January 2015.

You need to double check everything and talk to your dealer. Those are the exact same part numbers that were used to fix my GT NON BREMBRO brakes! I just checked my copy of the TSB for the 4 piston GT brakes and the part number matches what you have.

Something is wrong here....

Thanks for sharing; they've ordered the parts and haven't installed yet. When I go in I'll definitely clarify.

I need to bring my car in, at times when in traffic I get a very loud brake groan as well. Only at low speeds, though.

I also seem to have some Dash/HVAC creaking as well which is quite annoying as well.

I get the brake squeak/groan at low speeds on my 15 PP as well. I'm having a hard time sucking it up and leaving my car with a dealer lol.
