2015 PP same rattle.

This is why I love this forum. Thanks for the info guys. I'll show the TSB to my dealer next oil change. I'll let you know if it works.

Did you ever resolve the rattle by the radio?

Were you able to fix the rattle? Also, do you have a description or video of the sound?

I have this same issue but mine was built 7/31/15. I also have an intermittent one coming from the vented area on the top center of the dash. I have some felt tape at the house. I'll probably do the switch myself.
Do you have a video of the rattle? Did you ever fix this "vented area rattle", I think I have a similar one, but I'm not sure?

Just fixed most of my dashboard rattles. I added lots of `sticky-leather felt` to all of the clips and some other random parts. Ended up "tightening" the vent's so they wouldn't make the annoying "squeaky" sound.

While working on it, I noticed that the 2016 models do come with extra padding now (compared to my old 2015), but it's still not enough. Here's a picture of when I took it apart (w/ some of the sticky felt on -- hard to see):
this is the piece that has a slight rattle for me. i have catless headers/corsa sport so i didn't notice until i had to talk on the phone yesterday. gonna get some flocking tape off amazon...are you adding to the clips, the edges, or what? thanks!

I just came here to say how much I hate the assortment of rattles and creaks I get in my car with less than 10k miles on it. I got so god damn annoyed today I actually went and test drove a used scat pack. Not a single creak or rattle inside and the car had twice as many miles on it as mine. I might have traded if the dealer didn't offer me a laughable allowance for my car.

Yes apply it directly to the clips. Believe it or not.
I bought half inch wide tape and cut it in half for 1/4", or double it for 1" etc

I have a bad one running on the passenger side. If I push back on the dash it goes away. Tried everything but removing the dash. Been like this since 870 miles. 8000 miles now, I just turn the radio up. But you are right, its enough to drive you nuts. There are a few things about this car that has me doubting the reliabilty as well.
