I had mine put into writing, via email, as I bought the car from another state.
I also mentioned that I want no dealership tags on the car at all. UNLESS,....they want to pay me big money for advertising.

By the way mine does not have holes in the bumper for the plate. Does the dealer do this? Or does Ford automatically do it for the state its being shipped to?

I purchased my 2016 and fortunately the dealership did not drill license plate holes... the kit was still in the glove box.. however, there are two small dimples (i'm assuming to guide pilot holes?) in the front bumper... you have to look closely to see them. I installed a removable license plate braket from CJ pony parts. i looked at the sto and go, but some of the reviews said that the springs weaken over time and the plate will not stay in place properly....

I gave her a good bath after driving home in the rain Friday. Did i say rain, in California? Yes, and it was actually quite fun taking the canyon road home from work in the rain at a reasonable rate of speed.
