Yeah I’m still struggling with the failure of them to align the bodywork after replacing the motor, keep having issues with the A/C and now getting a periodic vibration in the steering wheel every two seconds when at 90mph. I love the car but Ford techs are shit.
I don’t feel it so much through the rest of the car vs the steering wheel, however I got up to 90 today, put it in neutral, turned the car off and the vibration was still there.
It’s usually easy to figure out where vibration is coming from... tires or brakes etc but this one is kicking my ass. My motor was replaced last November, however, recently I’ve started noticing a periodic vibration in the steering wheel. I can barely notice it at 70-80mph, but it’s most...
Got 28mpg once hypermiling from Charlotte to Atlanta. The way I drive, which is a lot of mildly aggressive highway driving, I average 18mpg overall. On the highway only, about 22 mpg.
check my post history. Literally just happened about two months ago and Ford tried to say I impacted something to cause it. They didn’t reinstall it properly after replacing the motor. So then they repaired it and it was still installed incorrectly the second time! I showed the service manager...
It’s funny because that’s insane hp and you have to fill the tank every 100-120 miles. Chill dude, the price of gas is nice but that’s too small tank to have fun with.
They still reinstalled in incorrectly. I had to show the service director how easily the front splitter almost comes completely off of the car with a few pounds of pressure. I guess they aren’t offering 100k anymore. A friend pointed out a dealer I was unaware of.
I’ve had issues with the local dealer since buying my 17 350 two summers ago. Within 2000 miles owning it, it was obvious it was going to burn oil and lots of it. After getting the run around for over 8 months of increasing oil consumption and back and forth with the dealer even after it was way...
