Can someone help me understand how the power is reduced in this app/tuner. If I chose 25% for all gears what does that mean it? Does it retard the timing? Does it lower the boost? I know very little about SCs but am also curious if you run it at lower levels will it add to the life of the SC.

I installed a UPR catch can today and while removing the intake manifold cover one of the nuts fell down into the front engine area. Is there any concern here with it getting into the serpentine belts or anything else? Also, what is the purpose for it? Does it really need to be on there?
