So I know about the “tick” and a lot of guys say 5w30 can prevent it or take it away. I saw that on the oil caps of the 2021’s it says SW 5w30 now instead of 20. Anyone know of why the change?? I’m just curious

So S-tek makes a ppf that is self heal and is hydrophobic. I have half my car ppf with that and the rest is ceramic coated. I believe it’s the Dyno shield one and I highly recommend it. Once a month I’ll spray carpro reload on the car to retain its ceramic coat and the ppf’s hydrophobic properties.

I think you’re right 100% about the idle. Only when I leave work it happens and I take off legit as soon as I turn it on. Lesson learned

Yup that’s active exhaust. IMO 100% worth it. I have the borla atak catback and in the morning I have it start in quiet mode for the neighbors sake lol.

For me the 401a package and active exhaust was a must have. Luckily I found those with the pp1 as well which was around 5k at that time. Had the car for about 4 months and I’m glad I stuck to those options. Aftermarket wise all I did was exhaust and lowered the car.

Satisfied with mine... had some hardware problems that’s about it.

I have a 2020 GT Premium 401a and my window sticker says the interior is leather trimmed... Is the top dashboard leather or is it vinyl? I’m asking because I want to make sure I use the correct cleaner on it and not ruin or discolor it. Thanks

So I just got a new 2020 mustang gt a10 and I’ve noticed when I’m in 4th gear going into 5th the car holds back and hesitates for a few seconds then shifts. Every other shift is super smooth and quick. I’ve read in my fb mustang group it’s a common problem with the 10 speeds and can be fixed...

The x pipe just makes your exhaust sound kinda raspy imo. Regardless that set up will sound a ton better than stock.

It’s probably stock exhaust with resonator delete and added an X pipe. There’s a lot of eco owners that do this set up. On fb there’s a couple ecoboost groups. Honestly the best exhaust for the eco imo is the Mbrp race catback sounds fucking killer and no drone.
