  1. Lowering IATs

Front end is super easy to take off. I did it myself in my driveway to replace my grille.
  2. Lowering IATs

I doubt it’s a tune issue it’s a pretty conservative tune. I’m now leaning towards a shitty tank of E. I’m almost empty and then I’ll fill up at another station.
  3. What is PCMTech

It’s badass. I had @DRP Motorsports tune my car with it.
  4. Lowering IATs

Your IAT is 2 degrees above ambient at idle?
  5. Lowering IATs

    Good info thanks
  6. Lowering IATs

Not while moving. At some point the air speed in front of the fan will outpace the air speed output from the fan and the fan will become a blockage.
  7. Lowering IATs

Potentially but I worry about it blocking air above idle. Could maybe offset it out of the grille opening where it still blows air up at the air intake but isn’t in front of the actual opening.
  8. Lowering IATs

Pretty much this area next to the fang on the drivers side.
  9. Lowering IATs

Joe you gotta drill out the holes on the intake side of your grille. We saw 95* last weekend and IATs never went about 110-115 even sitting in stop and go traffic. I have the same k&n filter in oem intake.
  10. Lowering IATs

Haha not quite. She likes the cars but as I put in another thread, starting up my car in the morning was waking her up so she started getting up at 5am and going to bed at 9:30. Gotta compromise somewhere, I’d be a real asshat to limit her sleeping hours to 12am to 6am only because I need to...
  11. Lowering IATs

Yep got it planned. Just haven’t found the time. Got 100 things going right now and my fiance would kick me out if I run the grinder at 11pm when I finally get time to work on my car.
  12. Lowering IATs

I still need my windshield sprayer. I live in big bug country. look up the lake st Clair mayfly hatch. This is a picture someone posted a few years ago on Facebook from a few miles from my work. I do actually have a spare sprayer though that I took out of my old f150…f
  13. Lowering IATs

maybe I’ll try to hook up a water mist kit with spare parts around the garage just for fun. I have the switch, nozzle, tubing, think I just need a relay and a cheap Amazon reptile humidifier pump.
  14. Lowering IATs

You guys are making too much sense dammit. Guess I should leave well enough alone and wait for cooler temps.
  15. Lowering IATs

Gotcha. That’s a good point. Thanks
  16. Lowering IATs

Yeah that’s kinda what I thought just wanted to see if someone had an out of the box solution. I have the ford performance grille which is opened up on the intake side already.
  17. Lowering IATs

What works? Thinking about wrapping the intake tube in heatshield wrap or going old school with a water mist setup hooked to a switch under the gas pedal. Had this setup on a foxbody and it worked well and was super simple to setup. in a heatwave here, temps about 90*. IATs are about 100*. Not...
  18. Brembo brake kit

But yet we have 4-5 different complete brake kits? How many people are seriously buying a complete brake kit that it supports 5 kits at high volume like you’re saying? I can count the number of non-ford performance aftermarket mustang brakes I’ve seen in real life on one hand: 0
  19. Brembo brake kit

Makes 0 sense to me. I’d buy them immediately just for looks.
  20. Timing parts

Just drive the car. Fords have noisy timing. It’s not usually an issue.
