I’ve read several places that there was only 562 Shelby Cobra GT350s produced. If true, how do I find out my number ?

You're probably thinking of the 562 GT350's built in 1965...

562 in 2025 is tribute to 1965.

Yours is one of about 25,000 mustang GTs built in 2025. Probably one of 5000 with a Whipple bolted on. Congratulations?

OP, I'm not sure if this forum is the right one for you. This is for the S550 mustangs from 2015-2023; the GT350 from that gen that is the subject of this forum is vastly different from your car. Different gen, made by Ford Performance and not touched by Shelby American, bespoke drivetrain, etc.

Yours is a 7th Gen (S650-based), made by Shelby American out of a standard GT, Coyote with a Whipple, etc. (not intending to flame your whip at all, it's 1/562 which is more than I can say)

Personally I do not care about your posts, the people here are nice enough to answer Qs and point you in the right direction as long as you aren't a 🫏

Don't take this as a "get out of muh forum" type post, Just wanted to let you know in case you aren't finding answers here that make any sense for your car 🍻

Exactly what production year and model of Mustang Shelby are you referring to?

The 562 examples that you speak of are from the 1965 GT350 model year and not sure where the Cobra name comes into play?

2025. 562 were built as a tribute to 1965.
Awe, you are talking about a SA rendtion.

Did SA not provide a chassis number for your vehicle and a chassis plate that was fixed somewhere the glove box area?

Yes there is a plate. I recently found out that the last two numbers of it is what i was looking for. Mine is #77.
