I started running Bilstein rear shocks on my 2019 at 25k miles and Bilstein struts at 55k. I never had any issues with noise or performance until I sold the car in December at 83k. They were matched with BMR minimum drop springs.

The car need way bigger tires in front and not on the rear like most people do
1 is for look, the other one for handling
Depends on the driving you do. I don't know many people that go to the dragstrip with the stock 235s on the rear and meaty 305s on the front.

LOL I don't think that's what he meant. Road course guys would run something like 305s all around.

They shouldn't be spent after 25K miles - is there anything leaking or what draws the conclusion that they are spent?
No leaks, and they are matched to the Steeda Springs.

Just a much softer compression, and less control on rebound. Could also be that I have to re-adjust to the car, I hadn't driven it in 6 months, and have been driving my 944 with a new Koni Sport Suspension.

Square is the way to go. I'm saving $$ for new wheels/tires and will go square.

I have over 30K on mine with the Steeda Dual Rate Springs & haven't had any issues - what springs are you running them with?
I'm running the Steeda dual rate springs I bought with the shocks/struts. OEM strut mount and rear shock mount. I initially had those on, but brought too much NVH. As I said earlier, it may just be me and my re- adjustment to the car after not driving. It just feels unsettled over the rough stuff.
