GT350 Track Pack Spoiler is coming...

I am in for the rear spoiler, at some point possibly the front as well. but for now, I need more info on the spoiler.

I thought I saw it was fiberglass not Carbon, is this correct? I read uses factory holes, can this be confirmed?

Carbon fiber comes in black. We are not going to paint it.
