Probably still a few weeks away.So should it go on sale any day now? Or still a few weeks away?
Speed limiter on the 3.15 car.Whats the reason for needing a manual? Auto in sport mode will hold whatever gear you put it in if you use the paddles.
I'm sorry but I personally trust a company that took a year to create a CAI or any performance part rather than 1 month. It's easy to create a similar airbox with an open top, slap on thick tubing and a cone filter and advertise "gains" . I'm excited for the JLT intake. It will be worth the wait.Guys, why all the harshness?
1) We test our products more than most. Just look for true, not doctored dyno test videos. JLT's are all over the net.
2) we will not rush a product to market because a few people are demanding it. Sorry, no disrespect, but we have 10-15 product irons in the fire at any given time. We have a ton going on, so please give us some slack.
3) We want a stick car to give YOU and US more data. Testing on 1 car is not how WE do it. We want to know that YOU will see the gains WE do.
I had arrangements at my dealer to pick up a 2016 stick, I get there and all they have are autos. What am I supposed to do?
So I wait for a stick.
Delays happen all the time, but we have over $8000 invested in the V6 so far :headbonk: I think we'd get it to market ASAP to recoop and we will.
Thanks
Jay
Let's be honest here, companies go where the money is at. The fraction of sales between v6, ecoboost, gt is huge... The biggest seller being ecoboost so obviously tuners and companies hop on that and the GT first. You can't go out thinking the v6 marketplace is big since its the budget version of the mustang....... Simply look at the tunes out there. We just bearly gotten e tunes while the other two have dyno, FI mods and tunes etc. Honestly if its that big of an issue go out and settle for the roush intake that's been out for 9 months and stop complaining.Let's be honest here if it was an intake for a GT or ecoboost it would have been out much sooner.
The manual have the speed limiter too. From what my ford reps say its due to tire limitations that the v6 has the limit set to 121 mph.Probably still a few weeks away.
