To be honest. I have had mine since the July 30th. I have noticed a big improvement. Been thru 3 tanks of gas. It did get better on the 2nd refill. You can really tell over 2,200 the sound is so different than before.

So, why isn't this legal in California?
Will they still ship to California?
If I were to take it to a dealership in California would they care?
Their chart supposedly shows with stock settings it increases HP the whole way but some of you are saying it feels more sluggish at low rpm? I wouldn't want to actually get it for anything other than an increase in power and performance.
