Just got the notice that my short-throw shifter shipped today, and my Blowfish bracket hit the post yesterday. Looks like next weekend I'll have some wrenching to do!

I'll likely do a write-up, but install both at the same time. I figure that I'm in the short-throw shifter for $150 and the bracket for under $200, so that's still hundreds less than a Barton unit.

Not hundreds less. Exactly $100 less (maybe a little more depending what under $200 means).

That's the way to go right there! The bracket fixes the little issues with the stock shifter assembly and the Boomba short throw will fix the shift throw distance. Win win. Looking forward to hearing how you like it!

Mine is coming Monday. I'll probably install it Tuesday unless it comes early in the day. I'll post a review of that, combined with the steeda shifter bracket I already have installed. Should be a good combo.
