Hello Everyone,

I finally pulled the trigger and got the car I have been after for almost 2 years since I saw it. In a week I will be picking up a 2015 Race Red V6 051A package that I got a decent price.

I'm coming from a 2012 Chevy Cruze, so you can tell how excited I am right now. Looking forward to be a part of the Mustang community!

Congrats you'll enjoy it!

What made you choose the V6?
And any plans with the car? Exterior or performance mods?

Although the difference is night and day, I came from a 1.4t cruze. I had an intake on it and got my fill of the turbo. I want to try NA now.

I also love V8's but a V6 is as close as I can get there right now with a new exhaust. One day!

As far as mods, I'm definitely getting an exhaust in spring (not sure if axle or catback).

Enjoy the new ride. I had a V6 S197 that I recently traded and it was a great car. Plenty of power. Good looks. Put a few mods on it to make it your own it can be a show stopper just like any other stang.

Congrats! Welcome to the V6 club! It's a great car, very smooth and drives great! The cool things most exterior mods will work on the V6 and there's lots of upgrades to the engine you can do and get more HP.

I think it's the best value for the dollar especially if you get one like I did at a ridiculously low price! Enjoy it!!

Congrats on the new car! I traded up from a 2013 Cruze LT 1.4 about a week ago myself.. I loved the turbo noise from my intake so I went with the EB. It's better in just about every way and it doesn't sound like I'm trying to squeeze blood from a turnip every time I hit the gas.

I have rented a Cruze or two. I'd be really excited, too. The V6 is is heck of a value proposition, and should be a really fun car that gets more than decent mileage. Enjoy!

Congrats! Throw a Flowmaster Outlaw axleback, tune & 3.73 gear, Eibach springs and you'll have one sweet ride.

I might be one of the craziest guys on this Forum...as I went from a modded 2013 Coyote convertible to a 2015 Cyclone convertible. What I found out after owning many V-8 powered Mustangs, is how terrific the Cyclone engined Mustang truly is. No falderal with this trouble-free gem of a motor. 300HP with smooth acceleration on regular unleaded. And surprisingly, a very nice exhaust note as you glide down the road in a very well balanced car thinking of how much of a bargain your beautiful S550 is...you will be impressed and strangers will go out of their way to compliment you. Well done!
