What exactly is the premier package?

I see it gives you color matched door inserts and gives a few different color choices, but is that it for $400?

It gives a softer leather seat with additional stitching(mine is silver), the top half of the door panel is soft touch instead of hard plastic, I think the door pads near your elbows are also softer with more detail stitching, and a stich line on the arnrest, and a different dash cover-rumored to be leather with real stitching.

I like the package and for me its a good value, however a number of members have had problems with Dash cover bubbling on the premier package. The bad part of that is that the entire dash comes out and gets replaced when that happens.

I have this package on my car and think it is a no brainer. I don't know why anyone would get their car without it. Nicer stitching, softer leather, soft touch panels on doors. Makes it very nice. For a $400 option I would almost think Ford would just include it automatically in the Premium Pacakage.

I agree. I am surprised Ford has not advertised this package. I didn't know it existed when I bought mine. In fact I am not sure the dealer knew, otherwise you would think they would try and sell it.

The answer is that not everyone wants a black or red interior. A better question to ask is why doesn't Ford offer it on every color interior??

This. Had the option been available with the lighter interior colors I would have gotten it, but black interior and Florida sun don't mix well.

I got it on the car I bought and had no idea what it was at first but it looks so much nicer than the cars without it. Especially the white stitching on the Ebony Black leather.

I was scrolling down to ask the same thing. I have never seen this option (and didn't know it existed), google doesn't seem to turn up any pictures.
