Where's the shop located in Marlton, Might come down and have it installed the same day I buy from you guysThere's a lot more to volume in regards to pressure drop, end tank design as well as core type in regards to charge row leith, fin density, row height, and shape leading into the core as well as AIT temp control all affect pressure drop.
-Our end tanks are cast and internally are rounded and shaped to flow into the the upper core
-our header bars are round and flow more efficiently than flat bars
-we use a high internal fin density so a lot of the perceived volume is actually the heat exchange fins.
-our charge row length is shorter than stock
-the better an intercooler is at ait temp control the worse pressure drop it will have as cold air is denser and will ultimately have a lower outlet pressure due to lower temp all else being equal, this is the one aspect of pressure drop that one shouldn't penalize the intercooler for when looking at raw #'s.
We are shipping out a few of these this week so there should be some INDEPENDANT user reviews coming up. We will also be posting extensive data and welcome the same tests by our end users, our preliminary testing shows only a 4-8 degree temp rise over starting temp in a 2-3-4 gear run
We have a few left available this production run if anyone is interested!
