I'll ask again, did anyone catch the rear end gear ratio of either manual or automatic equipped versions?

No, I don't think that's been released yet.

However, CarThrottle (and I'm sure other websites) have already received a press kit from Chevrolet, and according to that, the 275hp Turbo 4 has a sub 6s 0-60 time.

If that's what the i4 can do, the V6 and V8 must be rocket ships.

"I didn't know the Ford Fusion came as a Convertible!"

With the S197 you have a point. Now it shares the family face with some extra bit sticky taped onto it.
Sorry mate...ya been trolling the C6G as of late with your Slomaro love.

All good though...but at the very least please stop pretending you want a GT.

Maybe your Slomaro will come with crumpets as well.

Trimmer, stiffer and lighter with the Vette engine and magnetic ride control. Should be a blast to drive and I really like the steering wheel and those climate vent controls. And thank God, they got rid of the stupid "gill" creases forward of the rear wheels.

I'm excited for both cars, and seeing what Chevy has done makes me equally as excited to see what Ford will retaliate with. Maybe they'll give the Coyote a good kicking and get it up to 450hp? Maybe Voodoo will make an early appearance? Who knows! Its a wonderful time to be a car enthusiast.

I've also stated that there are some things on the Camaro I don't like, but I've never said a bad word against the Mustang - that should tell you everything.

Stop being a child and grow up.

EDIT: The Camaro (and the Alpha platform in general) I've recently found out is not engineered for Right Hand Drive. So I wouldn't consider buying one anyway.

Well it's a moot point given its not coming to Australia until maybe 2017 but I hate it.... It was the "other" car that could make me trade the Mustang in 2 yrs.

The lines are just off at the rear. The mustang Is hands down a sexier car and I have not even seen it in the flesh yet

Easy choice.....

Best idiot post of the day...

Nice try though homie.:headbonk:
This goes against my better judgement but I really have to ask. How is it an idiot post?

The Crumpet comment and accusing me of pretending to want a GT sort of makes you the troll, if I'm honest. Worst case scenario is that I buy an EB. Lets see what my finances are like February next year. :)

Well, I like the back and don't care for the rest, especially the lower front grill. The interior is a nice surprise, though the door panels look very busy.

Dear Team Mustang,
I noticed you didn't use this proposal,
so we did.

Not going to lie. Camaro looks really nice. Mustang has the edge on the exterior with the camaro taking the interior honors imo. Tough competition for the mustang with that lt1 motor. Biggest question in my mind and the factor that went into me not buying a camaro was the visibility issues. If it still has the WW2 tank visibility that the previous gen did then this thing is a complete flop.

That interior will be even worse for tall people than the outgoing model (which was absolutely TERRIBLE!) They did a nice job in adding features and it does seem slightly more accessible but I don't see much improvement in functionality. The outside looks much better than the leaked pics but I still don't like it.

"Rearward visibility? We don't need that since everyone is always in front of us"

all the buttons below that screen on the interior ruins the WHOLE interior for me... it's like they went oh shit we forgot to put buttons for the radio, and ac/heater... so they slapped them on a big lip with a volume knob and did a row of buttons below it

other than that interior is nice, mustang still has better looking steering wheel imo

with all that said, if I could afford it... i'd have both mustang and a camaro... i mean if I could afford it, why not?

most people will not even notice it's a refresh from the outside though.
