My does the same thing at partial throttle, I outlined it in my review. At WOT it is 100% smooth. It seems like everyone with the canned procharger tune is experiencing this.

If this can be resolved by ProCharger updating the tune, I will be pleased, and would probably just drive the car for the summer on this tune.

If not, I will be ordering headers and getting custom remote tuned by BeefCake VERY shortly.

RE no power: Have you data logged boost? Any codes? There seems to be a little confusion regarding what you are experiencing. Are you reffering to the generalized partial throttle issue that we're all running into, or are you experiencing an actual misfire (which is distinctly different than the partial throttle issue feel)
Mine did the exact same thing at first than it has gotten worse over time. Now it does it at wot as well. Like somebody stated earlier I can't even break the tires loose going into 2nd.

Just talked to a tech at Procharger and he said the only way for them to get any info on my car is for me to put it on a dyno. I don't understand why I can't just send them some logs.

This doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me as:

1)The problem is not at WOT
2)They'll still just be looking at Data Logs

And Possibly most pertinent to this:
3)They did not specify the use of an Eddy Current type unit that can load, for partial throttle testing ... I dont know what good an inertia type dyno would be in this case.

So, I worked in the VAG (VW/Audi/Porsche) tuning industry for quite a long time, but know NOTHING about these ECUs logic, so keep that in mind.

Since this is getting worse for you, have you (I dont even know if you can on these) looked at and most importantly RESEST long term fuel learning, and all adaptations ... and adapted tb? Id be curious to know if you can, if it sets this back to the way it was when you first loaded the tune.

This is BS, and even if this is the case... you would think they would actually respond to my various e-mails and or actually call me and talk through my problems so that a resolution could be worked towards.

Seems like I blow off and is not cool!

There were SEVERAL unexpected integral things that we had to address in order to get the tuning to 110% on the ProCharger builds that we have done on the S550s. I would assume that few to none of the upfitters are familiar like we are with the platform yet to know what lies beneath the surface of what seems to be a very simple and straight forward install and tune. If you guys need help or would be interested in us working on your cars to repair your vehicles please feel free to contact us VIA phone (313-561-5500), email ([email protected]) or PM!

Honestly I know nothing about this stuff that's why I bought the kit that had the tune. They did send me another tune and since I installed that it's been getting worse. I think I am just going to reinstall the original tune and see if that helps at all.

My 110% demand!

I knew there was no way in hell the procharger canned tune could be an all around perfect tune, didn't think it would get as bad as it has, but whatever. Not my problem.

Having the access to all the parameters like Livernois does with their tuning is why they are tuning my procharged car. That's were the driveability comes front and center. Huge power numbers are cool, but not what I was looking for. My peak hp numbers are on the low side compared to others. But the tip in, part throttle, off idle, etc with be better than factory tuning with a few extra Hp to push me along!!

I learned how much better a Livernois tuned car drives over factory from the start.

Teabag session over, but I put a lot of my money into this car. $10k over the price of the car, I wanted it to be perfect in ever sense.

I think that if you reinstall the tune some parameters will be reset. You can desconect the battery for a few minutes too.

I'm right there with you when it comes to drivability over huge numbers. Im glad this is finally getting out. I have been saying my car drove like shit from day one but everybody else has been raving about the tune.
