Thanks I dont think they offer the IC in black Im thinking about having mine done. There is no sleeper mode with one of these Lol
Even with a black intercooler, you don't think the big Procharger sticker on the windshield will give you away? :)

The procharger sound would give it away. I'm not trying to be stealthy just make it look good.

Can you elaborate on that?
I have in prior threads but, it could just be my combination.

-D1SC stage 2 on a performance pack car (larger radiator), the Discharger tube of the blower hits the fan shroud.

-Silicone coupler for blower inlet does not fit, it is smaller than the blower inlet, we had to fab up a new one.

-Procharger did not include instructions for stage 2 installation, just HO, we had to figure out the bracket and crank pulley installation on our own.

-Wrong belt included

The first two issues really should never happen. The last two were just packing issues.

It's still a good kit. I wouldn't let those issues deter you from buying it. It just has quirks like all kits do.

He has one of the first systems that was ordered before a true "stage 2" order could be entered in the sales system here. Meaning the computer that tells the shipping department what parts to pull was a bit "off" in what it thought needed to go into the box. (Like the wrong owners manual, etc)

We caught the orders before they reached the hands of most of the customers, however this customers order just slipped through the cracks. We are currently in contact with him, to get his matters resolved.

Going forward, no shipping errors have been reported by all STG2 or HO systems ordered after the "launch" systems.:thumbsup:

Yeah I'm sure there was an explanation, you guys are way too on top of things. One of the reasons I'm very likely to go PC is how easily it seems to be to get things resolved.

Yep, minor hiccups expected on a new kit.

Thanks for the understanding guys. :)

There is always that "one" thing when trying to get that first massive load of kits out the door at system launch. :) Glad everyone is stoked, and taken care of. :)

Is the added stress of a dedicated pull system going to strain the crank enough to decrease longevity when compared to a shared belt?
Not at all. :)
And we use a spring loaded tensioner to apply proper tension.
Fixed tensioners can cause major crank issues, because of how hard you have to make them, to make up for belt stretch.

Does anyone have any videos while driving with the supercharger installed? I'm curious as to what it sounds like from the inside while WOT as well as the outside. I've been searching a lot but can't seem to find anything but a few videos of idling and a dyno pull.
