That's my primary thought 100%Don't know & don't care... drive it, fill it up, drive it, repeat, repeat, repeat.
Concerning yourself with a car that has a Gas Guzzler tax seems like a waste of time.

21 gt 6spd, 355 rear. 25mpg highway at 68mph or under. With gasoline being so expensive right now, have you changed your driving habits to increase your fuel economy? Right now I'm using 11.4l/100kms which translates to 20.632 mpg. I find I'm using 5th and 6th gear more often than not. And this is driving mostly on 80 km/h (50 mph) and 60 km/h (37.28 mph) on a 16km (10 mile) each way daily commute. I've been as high as 13.6l/100km (17.3 mpg) and as low as 9.4l/100km (25 mpg). I only use Shell 93 octane with the occasional tank of Petro-Canada 94 octane. My car is a 2021 Mustang GT with the Performance Pack, non-active exhaust, no magnaride and the 6-speed with 3.73 rear.
