Man you guys have no imagination. If I had the kind of money some people have [more power to them] I would not give a rats ass for resale value. When I am done with it it rust to dust for all I care.

I actually agree with you. But, my goal would be to enjoy if for as long as I can. As a buyer of a vehicle that will only retain value by treating it as a trophy piece and never actually using it... I am of the mind that it was meant to be driven.

But at the same time I'm not going to throw away money to shorten the life of that joy. Being a logical person... I would do as I suggested above.

Then when you're starring at that rotting shell of a GT350 in your possesion... I'll drive by in mine and give you a lift.

How's that for a friendly gesture. ;-)

If you want a FI car, wait for the GT500. The GT350 and GT500 are two different purpose cars. Getting a GT350 and then supercharging it would be kinda silly.

The 458 is a naturally aspirated 4.5l V8. The model with the 3.9l Twin Turbo is the 488 GTO.

The fastest way to go broke, or not Keep what money you made is; "Not give a rats ass" I am not sure but I do think that is the technical and scientific term as well:shrug:

I think ITBs would be a much more appropriate and unique mod for the GT350 they would increase all the strong points of the FPC setup higher red line faster revving and more power plus it would sound incredible

Nick, I had an ESS kit, hated it, it ruined the driving experience, which is why i see where the non-boost crowd is coming from. However, after selling the ESS, i went with Evolve, and its absoloutley awesome. Hence i know from experience the difference in boosting it on a budget, and one thats well thought out. Mine retains every aspect of the NA S65, just more power everywhere (since it was lacking)

For the NA only guys, it will by my car, and i want it boosted. Its really that simple. Secondly, you sound like the M fanboys who feel its a sin to add boost to such a great NA motor. Yes, the FPC will be great in NA, but it will be awesome with 8psi as well. There has been much , MUCH improvement on high compression motors and FI.

The car is meant to be driven, and im going to drive the F out of it, when it comes time to sell, its worth what its worth, but I will have gotten my value out of it.. and then have a s/c kit for sale to someone else who wants to S/C a GT350 :)

Both Underground Racing and Hennessey made twin turbo kits for the Ferrari 458.

In reality the Roadrunner was only a mild boost over the standard Coyote in terms of factory tuning and power output. Definitely a better foundation for upgrades before having to upgrade the internals, but nowhere near the ragged edge of N/A performance.

yea my comment was pure sarcasm

Why?

The person who put a blower on a GT350 bought the wrong car.

More power to them. I don't have to like it.
It's interesting that it is ok for you to not like something, but it's not for me.
