Agreed which is one of the reasons I ordered when I did. I have an F150 for winter, but am already planning on buying some new rubber so I can drive it when it's below 40.
I have a Honda Accord coupe with X-Ices that I use in the winter. Like you, I want to drive the Mustang in dry but cold weather. Not in deep snow obviously

Opened up some 8 more holes in my grill in front of the intake.
So more air can flow in before i will install my CAI and do a dyno next week.
Hopefully it will work.

I like this idea... What tool did you use? Dremel?

Yep, first drill small hole then use a dremmel to cut out the rest.
Use the vacuum cleaner so now and then to keep the
plastic out of the engine bay.
20 min job.

Installed K&N Drop-in filter and drove the snot out of the car through the back roads and canyons of Ventura County. It is as others said: a tad snappier throttle response and improved eagerness. Installation was about three minutes. And it really rocks on wide-open throttle!

Picked up my plates from the dealer and installed them. The front has been mounted with a Sto n Sho. Thanks to a few folks here that helped me out.

Jim Hudson wouldn't believe me that I could drive to Baltimore and get 5k off msrp. Basically told me good luck....yeah well I drove to Baltimore! They didn't want to work with me at all. Well saved me money.

What car did you get from there? Was it recently?
