Dark Horse SC, who's adding one, who's replacing with one, what will it do to GT500 values?

Thanks for the kind words.

I mean, I love it, it's been a ride. I'm just bored.

Where would I even start trying to sell this car?

Anyway, that's a conversation to be had on a different thread. I don't wanna take this one off the rails.
The SA cars have a market for sure. It may take a while because it’s a smaller market. I would have no idea on a price, GT500’s that went in for the SA treatment don’t come to market often. Good luck with whatever you decide, I totally get the getting bored part. It would be hard to top your car though, at least in the Mustang world.

Agree with ^^^...Most guys regularly tracking cars are ditching CCBs and going to steel just due to cost. At least in my small world. Very few go the other way, especially at the GT/350/500/M1/C7/C8 price point.

BUT, I would hazard a guess a guy could tune the brakes himself, and probably copy directly from the S650 DHSC logic? I honestly have no idea how easy or hard that would be. Probably easier to just go to Bosch LOL
Oh.... but the weight savings!

They would definitely make my wallet lighter 😂 😂 😂
Reducing weight is not an inexpensive proposition. The old saying "you want to play, you've got to pay". Im just glad ford got off their asses and made a set like this available.

I don’t think you’d have an issue selling your car Jaime. It’s pretty awesome
I can vouch for that!

I've seen the car in person a couple of times now and I'm blown away of how clean it looks.
like physically clean and just "look-wise", it's clean.
I've even been a passenger in that car and I do love it. the interior is just as nice as the extrior.

I absolutely love the car.
If I could afford it, I would get one in a heartbeat.
The more I see the more I really like it as well. Not sure if I’m going to make it to the Auto Show this year but I’m going to try. I want to see it up close. I wish they would release pricing. Probably not in my budget (at least with the track package) but maybe a base car?

The car from the side looks amazing. Great lines. Don’t love the teal but you can obviously opt out of that part of the package.

Where this car lacks drastically is the front and rear looks. They just don’t marry up with each other or bring the car together in any way. Like 3 separate cars all mashed together. It’s like some designer just struggled to find a way to make it look different so they threw some stuff at the wall to see what sticks. Also the interior just doesn’t look great either. Lacks creativity and originality.

You can tell by the atmosphere of the marketing push as well that Ford kind of knows its lack luster and they’re pumping it up at every corner. Kind of telling

Or, they’re marketing the car like they usually do for new trims/models. S550 was heavily marketed when it first came out. Chevy just did it with the ZR-1. YouTubers like Throttle House do it for the exotics as well as the domestic cars. The avenues are different than they used to be, but marketing cars is nothing new and is indeed necessary to sell products

Meh, I get that. You can just tell by the way they’ve postured the message that there’s an undertone of they know it’s lack luster. You can read between the lines. Everyone is trying to convince themselves and the folks listening that’s it’s a great car. The marketing lacks real passion and enthusiasm for the project.
