I have a CR Spotless, works great…keeps my TDS at zero for about a year before I have to replace the resin. It’s the DIC-20.
Evolved, I wash one car per week for a total of two car and a full size pick up. What do you think of the DI-120? it looks a little tall and clumsy? and how stable is yours? does it tip easily? Also do you return your spent resin canister or do you buy new ones?

I got one from The Clean Garage.. It works amazing. I used it from about June last year all the way til a couple weeks ago before having to re charge it. And I wash every week, sometimes multiple cars a week.

Skinny, do you just dump your old resin and order new packs? and I assume that you have yours on a cart or do you hand carry it?

Thanks guys , this really helps me a lot.

The DIC-20 is on a cart that makes it very portable and it’s very sturdy. I got rid of the cartridges and now use the RV Mods down tubes into full canisters of resin. This method is cheaper than the cartridges and lets you use more resin…which makes it last longer in between resin exchanges.

Mine sits in the corner of my garage and it hard plumbed in (ie it stays hooked up all the time), however I use quick disconnects so I can take apart easily, I also disconnect and take inside for a couple months (End of December thru February) to keep from freezing. And I just dump it out and refill when needed... I did that a few weeks ago for the first time and it wasn't too bad... Just unscrewed the top, dumped out, rinsed out and cleaned up the outside, then refilled. They sell a funnel and a box of resin to refill at Clean Garage as well. I bought a box of resin and it was more than I needed to refill, so I probably have enough to do again next time.

I went with one from griots garage. I mounted it on an old pressure washer cart and added a 50 ft hose and reel. Also added a DI meter that shows inlet and outlet.
This uses the Resin and is easy to change out. Get a year plus and use it for all our vehicles.
