Installed the Ford Performance passenger side oil separator. I think the ESS project is now finally complete. The line closer to the center of the car was tough to get clicked into place, it's almost too long and is really in there tight. Kind of liking the new look.

It will relax after a few heat cycles, and the separator will sit down on its bracket more naturally :like:

Looks good! Are the vents functional? Like did you have to cut a larger hole in the hood?

Why did you have to apply the decal?
I’ve got the same hood vents, no additional cutting. They vent basically the same as the stock vents. The additional “vents” are solid honeycomb so it’s just for looks.

Also, if you’re looking to change out your hood vents, I actually like the Roush vents a little better. They weren’t available except on Roush cars until fairly recently. They don’t have the solid honeycomb inserts so I think they look a little better. I might swap mine out for the Roush vents at some point

They do not require any modifications to the hood. They are functional in that they will still let heat out from the engine bay, at least on the passenger side (driver's side hood blanket doesn't have an opening due to the open-air filter). They use the 2 forward bolts of the factory vents, but the vents themselves are essentially relocated towards the windshield. There are 3 vent sections, but only one section is actually open, if that makes sense.

I applied the white MACH1 decal so that the letters are more visible. The stock hood decal has dark/subdued MACH1 letter which is hard to see in some lighting.

I thought about these, but I didn't want to drill holes in my hood. I wish the FP vents had 3 sections of open grilles like the Roush.

Today I installed a CF dash kit. I left off the smaller pieces that would surround the knobs because I think the extra bits start to make it look too tacky. Just wanted to break up the black plastic a bit. I think it looks classy, though I don’t like stickers generally.

I used the Tufskinz. I’m happy with it. I’m going to add the door handles and stop there. The door panels are very bland, so this should break it up just a bit.

After making myself crazy researching tires and wheels and OFFSETS, till my eyes were bleeding, I finally just test fitted my 20x11 Forgestar's +56, that I'd bought for my 20 GT. They fit just fine, no rubbing no anything. I've got 315/35 Nitto r2 drag radials mounted on them.
I like the gap being filled without lowering and the extra ground clearance on our shitty country two lane black top roads.
What a relief, as I really like these wheels.
However I'm a little concerned about the fronts rubbing on full turns, because of the Mach's vented fender liners.

Does anyone run 275/40 fronts on 19x9 wheels with +35 offsets? If so any rubbing?
Thanks in advance.

I run 275/40-19 on a 10" ET 40 with a 5mm spacer. No rubbing. On Steeda min drop springs.
I think you'll be fine. 9" wheel in on the narrow side for a 275, but should work.

I've got the same 9" wheels and 275's on my GT, and they fit and look fine, but the Mach is lower with the magneride and the 255's that came on it almost touch the vents on the fender liner at full turn.
I guess if it rubs I'll grind the vents down till it doesn't.

I run 275/40 on the stock HP rims. I think they’re +25 @ 10.5 on the fronts…. No rubbing here.
