I ha e a quote from Granger Ford for my 2017 GT350, with 5000 miles on it. Which should I buy for my non-tracked garage queen? Just looking for peace of mind.

All are 48mo/30k mile warranties, with a $100 deductible. $200 inspection before putting the policy in place, and the inspector will come to my home.

BaseCare $2485
ExtraCare $2880
PremiumCare $3665

I went to Granger‘s website and they do not warranty prior to 2020.

Don't know what to tell you. I just signed the contract and paid the invoice for ESP on my 2017 GT350 with 5036 miles on it. 48mo/30k warranty. $2488.

Premium Care, that what's I just bought for mine. Again, and it just paid for another a/c compressor replacement.

That’s crazy expensive. What all did it take out? With that kind of number it should be a new tranny, clutch and slave. Even with that it shouldnt of been that high. Regardless glad it got taken care of for you.

Yes, it failed and took out other driveline components with it. Is this stupid expensive?... of course I agree and I am glad I have the ESP!

I am thinking the same thing. Slave cylinder is ~$300 and the stock OEM clutch assembly is ~$1,700. I am curious what else got taken out with it.

Any California owners with a recommendation? Laws have changed and all the usually affordable sources like Lombard cannot sell to CA residents.

Yes, warranties are available for older vehicles, via Granger.

https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/used-vehicle-extended-warranty-granger-motors.197135/

"To qualify, your vehicle must be 2014 or newer, under 80,000 miles and over 41 months and/or 40,999 miles from the original in-service date. The vehicle must also pass an inspection from either a 3rd party company, which we can help with or a certified technician near you. We will need the inspection documentation before purchase."

"We are updating our website as the model years do not go below 2021. When trying to get a quote, you will have to select 2021 then complete the rest of the questions. When the specialist receives the information, they will have the corrected along with reaching out to you."

Best warranty is to simply drive the car frequently ..sitting around is the worst thing for any car.

I would never buy a warranty for Mustang simply because so many wreck spare parts available plus aftermarket.
