stang mode
woman driven

tunnel chaser
zander13
found this the other day it’s from last year and then realized it was click bait..lol
but he’s definitely slowed down.. ow he’s thinking he’s going to be able to afford a GTD.. this guy just never knows when to quit and get himself out of this huge financial hole he’s dug himself into..I don’t know his financial situation now. It at one point he had a 1k plus car payment and had to be upside down

Never heard of any of these channels. Someone pointed me in the direction for "It's just a 6" channel but I found him unwatchable.

All of my favorite channels are, for whatever reason, not Ford centric. I've struggled to find something in that lane I can watch repeatedly.

My current favorites are m539 restorations and speed academy, but like I said neither is Mustang related. No drama, not young kids, and technical. I like Chris Sullivan as well for a well rounded selection of v8 muscle. Again, not a kid, not a clout chaser. Pretty technical.

Regarding the answer to the question in the topic... we can only hope.

I hate this whole influencer/youtuber thing. Just post videos to help and entertain people and stop doing it for a "career"

All the people I regularly watch on YT either have a day job or are retired.

Stang Chode is still around, selling his shitty merch. I haven’t watched more than 1-2 min of his in a long time. He’s basically said he has to sell all of his cars just to put a decent down payment on his GTD. Whether that’s true or not, who knows but it wouldn’t surprise me.

I believe Zander is still around as well, he’s probably on an S650 at this point. He doesn’t keep cars for more than a couple years.

All those people that sell merch, give away cars and all that are probably not doing well right now. It’s the same schtick and the merch is crap and it’s just been played out at this point. And in the case of guys like Stang Chode and Street Speed 717, they heavily modify their giveaway cars and then beat the shit out of them before they give them away. No thank you.

I watch That Dude in Blue every now and then as I think David is a cool guy and is a true enthusiast. I will also watch Raiti for some of his car reviews and he’s also done a few episodes on some of his personal cars (he’s got some good ones including a Heritage R).

I agree, TDIB is a great guy, I like his content. And Gingium, of course his content isn't Mustang related, but he really shows a ton of technical fab work which is very interesting. Also for family content, I love Sleeperdude. Him, his wife, kids and all the animals on their property. Doing all kinds of car stuff, just wholesome family fun.. Their videos are REALLY long though so I kinda let them play in the background and tune in once in a while...

Also please be aware that these usually aren't enthusiasts who decided to document their lives. They are essentially private/independent tv show hosts who handle every aspect of their "show" They have to move the cars/sell merch to make money. Hoovie's business model is the classic way to do this.

Buy car
Make content
Make money
Sell it

rinse and repeat. And with Doug/hoovie level of views and subscribers they are making real money. Stang mode's numbers are a bit lower then I would have guessed but it won't shock me that he makes a decent living

I've been able to get through a couple of his vids avery very long time ago.

I enjoy the content gears and gasoline does. They actually just bought a mustang. Their first non jdm car and are in the process of building the motor.

Cleetus is also another i can get behind.

I have seen a few of their videos & you are correct, that is a decent channel. I did watch part 1 of the s550 they got. Just haven't got around to watch the rest.

I think women.driven has more content on OnlyFans, but the car content is just not there
