If you're considering buying used, turned rotors why not ask around locally for a shop that turns them and just use what you have? The cost would be orders of magnitude less for exactly the same thing.
Honestly, and some will disagree with this, at 53k miles as long as the rotors measure out for thickness and there's no vibration in the pedal you can probably just replace the pads without turning the rotors. What's commonly referred to as a "pad slap". As long as the rotors are good (thickness in spec and no runout) it's a perfectly acceptable method for a daily or weekend car.
Now if you track/race or spend all your time on twisties skip the used anything and go new rotors and pads.
I have considered turning my rotors but it is warped a tad. I just considered replacing. Just was seeing if it was a good deal or not lol.
I’ll just end up buying new

Turning them will take out any runout, what you called "warp" providing the rotors are thick enough. The minimum thickness should be stamped somewhere on the rotor. The thing is with modern rotors there's only a couple of mm between new and minimum so turning will probably leave you very close to the minimum thickness.
If you don't feel comfortable with a pad slap, and if you have vibration I wouldn't, then new stock rotors are probably your best choice.
Again, unless you do a lot of track/twisties or simply want a different aesthetic.

If the rotors are within spec, just hit em with some brake clean, 80 grit, brake clean.
They'll be good for whatever you throw at em.

Also follow manufacture instructions on bedding the pads.

I would. The stock ones got you 53k miles
Up to 66k on our ‘17 gt , but we are easy on brakes.

watching how others approach a intersection and my wife and I wonder how many times they’ve changed their pads.

I have 62k on my 17 GT and still on stock pads and rotors all around. Back ones look like they’ve never even been used. I’m about to replace the fronts though.

At 50K miles inspected, cleaned and lubed the brakes with new OE pads in hand that weren't used because brakes were in such great shape, especially for constant hard braking at urban speeds.

I'm amazed at the longevity. Returned the OE pads since probably won't need for another 20K miles then I'll do rotors and pads.
