Donāt race it just an every day driver year around in Illinois.
Stay with stock Ford parts or aftermarket drilled/slotted?

I purchased my second extended warranty (2017 gt California Special with 52k miles) last July for $1900 at the Ford dealer. First one covered the $3,000 cost for evaporator replacement and this one for the IMRC new intake fix. What next?
Thank you. Just bad timing as I felt the Coyote motor wasnāt as familiar as a LS or LT. I figured as much but didnāt want to assume the difficulty level.
Youtube videos helped with the process.
So thanks for your response.
Everyone here is very helpful.

Ford replaced but charged $345 (not covered) for spark plugs/tune up. Im actually more a Chevy guy so not familiar with what...
It comes down to pounds per square inch in my opinion.
from 70-76 drove our families 70 wagoneer. With standard tires and a chain I would pull pickups with over size tires out of ditches and one on flat terrain on ice. They couldnāt believe it.
Would pull people over a small berm from snow...
Just got the engine check light, took it to ford and they found the code for Miss fire on #8 and needing a new coil.
pick it up tomorrow.
Iāll ask about the intake problem and conduits not that.
If I did the ā18 IM swap would that void an extended Warranty?

Had it three years ago and grabbed an extended warranty that paid for it.
Just renewed specifically for that reason.
I know I didnāt answer your question. Just thought Iād add what I did.
We have a 2017 California Special. I did the big block Chevelle/442/early Vette stuff in the late 60ās early 70ās.
looking at Fords web site and considering the tune/intake manifold upgrades. Baby this thing, have barely got on it. So want to keep it fairly stock but a bit more for fun.
Thanks...
