Waiting for the new intake manifold for the IMRC problem, under warranty at Ford. Today while driving we got; Service Advance Traction Collision Warning not Available 2017 California Special GT, 57,000 miles. I’m 74 and we baby the car. Any ideas?

Or the IMRC problem. waiting for a new intake for our ‘17 GT.

Car is totally stock. I’m 74 and retired so as much as I’d like to upgrade it I’m leaving it alone.

I purchased my second extended warranty (2017 gt California Special with 52k miles) last July for $1900 at the Ford dealer. First one covered the $3,000 cost for evaporator replacement and this one for the IMRC new intake fix. What next?

Find a dealership with a good service manager and they may be somewhat reasonable.

Had it three years ago and grabbed an extended warranty that paid for it. Just renewed specifically for that reason. I know I didn’t answer your question. Just thought I’d add what I did.

We have a 2017 California Special. I did the big block Chevelle/442/early Vette stuff in the late 60’s early 70’s. looking at Fords web site and considering the tune/intake manifold upgrades. Baby this thing, have barely got on it. So want to keep it fairly stock but a bit more for fun. Thanks...
