check these out also John. You would have to get an 18 inch rim , but pretty hard to beat these in australia. When I’m at Brisbane roll racing I’d say 80% of cars are running them now. Even all the big dollar 1500hp cars run them.
‘my mate has a 10r80 , roush stage 2.... 700+hp at the tyres and runs CRS tyres for roll racing and they don’t spin at all. Small burnout before each race to hear them up and they are sweet.

Thank you mate. Problem with the Heros and PSRs they’re a short tyre 275 x 40 x 18 so having a 3.55 rear I’m trying to get a better top end with a taller tyre.

Don’t forget Hoosier make the DBR in 17 inch as well but I couldn’t run 17 inch as I have the 4 piston Willwood brakes on rear.
If I go that route, I need to make sure the wheels clear my Brembo fronts. I plan on replacing my stock pads with EBC Blue or Red pads

im guessing to try and keep away from 7th gear ?? and still do 140 Mph.

Absolutely correct. I also think with 7,900 rpm shift points and the taller tyre I’ll probably not get out of 5th now at roll racing.

Adelaide, South Australia. Population about a 1.1 million in our city. Weekends I go through the hills (canyons) with a group of friends in their cars. A lot of them have high end euro cars so I very much enjoy getting them on the straights lol.

I just finished my KPM and PWM kit install today and made three Tunning runs for Wengerd, so I figured I would post my Job on a New post since this is the first (as far as I know) post for this system install.
- I have made 3 tunning runs for Wengerd and the car moves on.
- The Toyo R888R 325/30/19 tires hooked absolutely great!!
The wiring wasn't easy but was straight forward as long as you follow the directs.
NOTES:
- My 2019 Mustang GT PP1 has approximately one second of Fuel pump prime signal from the FSCM (Yel/GR) wire to the KPM PWM DTM signal wire when accessory power is turned on (NO ENGINE START)
- To Prime and run the pumps for longer time frame for the leak checks, you disconnect the DTM (RED) wire connector and jumper 12vdc to the male DTM connector going to the PWM. Do not jumper power on the DTM wire without the connector disconnected and only given to the PWM.
- I Installed a Griptec 3.50" Whipple Blower Pulley for around 14ish lbs boost.
- The belt which came with my whipple stage 2 kit for the 3.85" pulley worked perfect for the 3.5". Just loosen and adjust the idler pulley so the Tensioner is set to around 80-85% tension.
- I would suggest using M6x1.0 Rivet Nuts for the PWM mounting. Worked great.
- KPM gives you a new EFI quick connect fitting you will have to replace the OEM one for their Hat assembly bottom cr9oss feed line.
- During my Jumpering the DTM wire to run the dual Bosch 854 pumps man you can hear the jets filling up the bucket continuously keeping the fuel circulated and cool.
- I used Radium high flow, 6 micron fuel filter
- I installed Innovate Ethanol Content analyzer with Content percentage and fuel Temp gauge.
- I installed Radium Split Fuel Flow Adapter for the Innovate analyzer so their is no fuel flow

restriction from then analyzer.
- You will have to cut a small piece of the rear right hand side panel foam so the panel will go back on with room for the PWM
- NOTE: With the Fuel Hat supply tube facing to the rear, the 150 degree -8an fitting sits a little higher than the rear metal edge of the fuel hat access hole. So I put a small piece of rubber Flex taped on rear part of the Hat rubber cover.
G’day mate, 325 x 30 x 19 R888R Toyos, on what size rim and offset are they mounted on? Big tyre to fit.

Good Morning John.
- Front: 19x10.5, 5x114.3, 30mm-70.5 CM.
- Rear: 19x11.5, 5x114.3, 56mm-70.5 CB.
Now: since the Toyo R888R 325/30/19 are like 12.3 inches wide. The top inside tire to the magneride strut top mount was about .180 clearance but never touched. I since then replaced my magneride rear shock upper mounts which increased the clearance to over .500.
** I do plan on installing the new Hoosier Track Attack Pro tires on all four this spring. I am upping my boost to 16lbs which will give me around 900whp at 7600rpm.
** I am also installing a Smoothboost controller so I can adjust my boost level lower when not playing hard.
** I am installing a Inovators West 8 rib 10%OD crank dampner to us with my 6 rib belt.
** I am installing 10mm FI Interchiller thermal spacers between the whipple and heads.
?? I was contemplating replacing my OEM water pump with a "high flow" water pump. Still researching that one. Take care

You’re running the KMP 1500 system on E85 @ 900 whp? I want to run 950-1000 whp with a single turbo and when I reached out to KPM to inquire about it, here’s what they told me:

Hello,

I have a 2019 Bullitt Mustang which has an aftermarket 3/8” fuel line that is E85 compatible. I have some questions about your KPM 1500 fuel system. I am running a JMS Boost a Pump and Deatschwerks DW400 pump. I am planning to install a single turbo that’s capable of making 1500 hp.

I would like to know if your KPM 1500 fuel system, coupled with bigger injectors (such as Injector Dynamics 1050X or 1300X) would be all that’s needed to support 1100 rwhp on E85 and/or 91-93 octane fuel? If possible, I would like to retain my JMS BAP which is set at 18V and only active at 40% throttle or more. I will also be running a Holley Ultra Low Ram intake manifold with their supplied fuel rails.

Any insight that you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
1100rwhp on E85 equates to approximately 1300-1350 fwhp on E85.

All our KPM Fuel Systems are rated ot the flywheel on 93 Pump Fuel.
To achieve the same power level on E85 you require 30% to 40% more fuel supply.

1100 WHP E85 = 1350 FWHP
1350 FWHP plus 30%-40% = KPM Fuel System 1755 - 1890
The KPM1500 Module , even with a voltage booster would not support this level. correctly

You would require our KPM2200 or KPM2700 HP system to properly support your power level.

Both these kits come with Twin direct fit Fuel Modules, KPM PWM Fuel Controller, 9/16 stainless steel direct fit Mustang specific fuel line and Fuel Filter, Complete direct fit wiring.
