He's been great helping me with my 2650 Roush. Dialing in a Solar 95mm TB. Now on deck. Ported blower 103mm Solar TB on a 2.5 pulley. Already ran a 5.29 60-130 with his E85 tune.
How much power you running to the wheels for your 5.29 sec 60-130?

787rwhp. 2.7 pulley 95mm TB. I have the TB and spacer for sale.
They are awesome numbers. I just got tuned by Wengerd 3.75 pulley 3L Whipple 10R80 GT probably similar HP to yours hoping to be in the 5s 60-130 like yours. The tunes Wengerd did for me feel incredible, so smooth so responsive on the throttle, really couldn’t be happier and all done remotely me being in Australia. The service with him getting back to me I don’t think anyone can get that from anyone else imo.

That was at 13.5 psi boost and good DA. On a side note I just bought a 3.8 Whiple kit.

Just curious, what was the density altitude? I'm about 100whp less and my best dragy run, at 700ft DA I believe, is 6.00.

I'm finally seeing 5.8-5.9 runs at slightly negative DAs but only so far through datalogs. Haven't busted out the dragy again but I'm trying to finally nail an official sub 6 run lol.

I've also tested a vacuum leak with the flex tune and the car will not lock in to a wrong E%. I think this is due to some algorithm that takes into account MAF signal along with O2 signals and whatever else Ford programmed.

Anyway it knows when unmetered air is entering the combustion cycle and accounts for it.
I think I finally figured out how this works. When it's in the process of learning ethanol % (post fill-up or KAM reset) it locks the LTFT. The learned ethanol is based on STFT, which is drives to 0 by adjusting stoichiometric ratio. Once it locks in on the ethanol %, it re-enables LTFT learning. In this way, any issue that arises, like an air leak, will still cause LTFT to go outside of range and trigger the code. So, when are we vulnerable then? The scenario of creating an air leak concurrent with a KAM reset or fuel fill-up can cause it to miss the problem, but as @mejohn50 once said, probability is low.

On another note, my buddy running a flex tune on E85 supercharged to 18 psi reflashed it and didn't realize it did a KAM reset and stoichiometry defaulted back to 9.8%. He went WOT, STFT went to 40% but it never went lean. So I'm no longer worried about slow learning of ethanol, which in the case of my F150 took about 4 minutes this morning when switching fuels.

I tried hard to get mine to mess up. It never has and now I trust it 100%

The engineers who programmed the flex logic were some smart cookies.

Man I just got lund tuned on 2018 mustang with elderbrock 2650, id1050x injectors and 3.75 pulley to keep it around 11psi @WOT. Turned 93. Hate to spend the money again but dd driving the car is annoying but it's great passed 75% throttle or wot. Idle is all over the place, cold starts fluctuate from 500rmps to 1500rpm. Dead peddle issues when down shifting on highway ect. Would it be worth the money.

Typically, they all want that. I believe Wengerd does too, but I am not sure. Shoot him an email, I'd be willing to bet you'd get an answer back pretty soon

I'll just throw this out there. Customer support could be better from everyone and that includes Wengerd. A little communication goes a long way. The tunes are great. Especially for the transmission. On a 2018+ Roush Kit, it's night and day. I popped a ring land (or so I'm told by Ford) and didn't hear much back from my tuner. During the period when it had a new engine put in it by Ford and my insurance company, I had to have the Roush tune put back on. It would have been nice to know how much of a PITA that was going to be. Fixing the constant error codes after going back to a custom tune from the Roush tune resulted in crickets. No support. Logs looked good but the response times were weeks instead of days.
