This is Viper Red (circa Y2K) with Artic White stripes (on the Cobra fakie-do) . Again the picture doesn't do it justice, plus, my buddy had some kind of filter on the lens, color looks muted a bid. This was a garage paint job that turned out flawless by this Mook and his EE friend who dabbled in painting cars. The color was a people magnet at car shows. Ferrari Red/Viper Red/Race Red, in that order.

The sn95 is Mystic... the Terminator is Mystichrome, 2 different colors.

One of the guys from my shop was at a car show in Michigan on Saturday and sent me pictures of this GTD.
In my opinion, and I don’t have my hat in the ring.
Thinking that this would be the second worst color for such an awesome car Housewife Blue,

Pink would be the worst unless it was owned by a lady that Kilobravo has his avatar and she can drive it like it deserves to be driven.
Let the comments follow…Not a big fan of the style of the wheels either but...

I’m all for a cool color but not going to pay 30-40-50k for a color/lockout. This car is ludicrous as it is, a stock color is ok with me. Now, if the price is “reasonable” and I use that word lightly, I may go for it.

Is $325,000 resonable? Why is Ford not giving us more info?! When Porsche comes out with a new model, do they no release all the details on the car? Who knows the curb weight? If the car is more than 3500-3600lbs, I will give up my allocation. And HP?! And cost of the “track package”? Come on Ford, give us more on this car as it’s a lot of dough! And I work real hard for my families coin! I almost wish we had not received an allocation but I am amazed that we were chosen. I guess it’s from all those years in dedicated track time! Thank you FP & MM! Tomster, maybe we can head to DIS together with our GTD’s!

I mean, I will not go in and buy a McLaren or Ferrari or Lambo. Only other vehicle is a Porsche GT3, to consider. And right now, that’s like 150-200k less than this GTD. I know people are saying this already, but we, and you as well Tom, are wanting these cars for the track use, not to put in a bubble and sell for 800-mil in 2 years!

Also, I am about to contact my Hagerty rep and ask them what the hypothetical cost of insuring this car. And then what about the track insurance?!! This is getting daunting. And I’m not even mentioning how much these shoes for this will cost the pocketbook. But if I’m concerned with that, should we even be trying to purchase this car?! Yes, I could sell the collection and have no worries but I really have a collection so I don’t have to get rid of it! This is tearing me apart! What is everyone else doing? Everyone here has $325-400k sitting around? Let’s see how many of these cars last in the hands of people who have more money than cents! Lol! This should be an enthusiasts car, not a rich mans ride. But you all know how I feel now.

Sorry for the rant. But who else is also not a fan of the Video Game Screen in the new models? I only drive one for a few minutes so did not get to use the dash to its fullest bit within that few minutes I already didn’t feel connected to the car through that “infotainment” system.
