I fully share the love of cars and engineering with you Americans but I often struggle to understand a lot of what you say sometimes. That video is just over dramatic noise to me. "Bro, dog, retard" is there any need for the hyper drama? Similar to watching the bloody Kardashians!

I go back and forth on this, Reading everyone's take was entertaining. On one hand when I first got my car I sent a email to Lund asking if NGuage was just out of stock or no longer available. The Response I got was WHAT YOU DONT KNOW DUM DUM.. They are gone not gonna happen don't you read the news.. NGuage is gone!! how dare you ask such a stupid question. I was like Damn, I just bought the car, I knew where I was heading and no I did not know the specific industry news and politics at that moment. A few days later I saw Jr Lunds rant on EPA etc.. I figured I just hit a frustrating note on the wrong day.

I did get tuned by Lund and everything went well, Added some more parts from that point and they updated my Tunes without issue. My car has ran great and I have been very happy. So for money I paid and product I received. Lund was perfect.

Now Alex, Watching him for the past few years... I get two things 1) he actually has saved me money by showing fact based recommendations and advice. Likely saved me a crap ton of money. All of that for free from someone who does see lots of data and undoubtedly has learned solid do's and don'ts. 2) Sometimes he is a butthole on his channel... But he never said he wasn't and its his channel.. He can do, or say whatever he pleases. Everyone gets to take it or leave it. Honestly I don't think he cares either way.

My only wish is that as a company and for Alex as a person that I do believe actually enjoys helping people reach their goals, Remember everyone starts somewhere might be very advanced, might be their first car.. Afterall Mustang appeals to a huge crowd (lol) the questions may be elementary to them but often times now that is exactly where people start. Right now I believe they are accidently only appealing to "know it all's" that just might be the source of their frustrations.

Yeah Alex is a giant asshat and his mouth is exactly the reason Lund will never get my business. Anytime someone asks for tuner recommendations I share one of asshat’s videos of him bashing customers and that’s usually enough to send them looking elsewhere.

The videos are why I didnt considered Lund. I fully admit I'm a tune dummy. But Im still spending my money, and trusting my not so cheap car with somebody.

If I want to spend money and be treated poorly with a side of errogance I'll take a time machine back to the comic book stores of the 90s
