A P1x cannot be spun fast enough within reason to produce 22 PSI on a 5.0 liter engine
If the smallest recommended supercharger pulley was on the car (3.7" blower pulley, and stock harmonic balancer), and he had the factory exhaust, you might be able to get 15-16PSI out of it
22PSI actual manifold pressure should produce north of 1200 wheel HP, on a 9.5/1 motor. maybe more.

Anyway OP, to address your original concern. Just run down the tank to near empty, fill up with 93, and flash your 93 tune. No need to pulley up, just drive civilized and don't hammer on it until your tank of 93 is gone, then switch back to E85/tune.
You dont need to change pulley or belt, just drive it easy on the 93 tune until it is empty, then fill up with E85 and flash back the appropriate tune
You don’t think it’s risky? I don’t go wot anyway the car goes insane 🤣🤦‍♂️

Doesn’t it go into some level of boost after 2k rpm?

You know as well as anyone, that 22 psi from a P1x (not sure that is even possible) will make way more than 831, and 8 PSI will make far less on a 9.5-1 motor.
P1x can make 21psi no doubt, will just take the right pulley and alot of engine rpm. But yes at 21 should be making more poop.

Just be nice to it, drive easy. The whole point of this was so that you can run some gasoline through the system right? Was your 93 tune done on a much larger pulley?

So maybe it’s a modest tune ? @engineermike did tell me it can make a lot more power on E85.

You can either drive with an 5 gal. container of fuel in your car until you run the fuel out and then pour in the 93, or you can go this route.

JPC Racing Fuel Drain Kit.

I think he has a return style fuel system. He should be able to pull off the return line, put it in a container and start the car. It will pump the fuel in the container. That's what I do with my car, it's simple.

I didn't bother swapping my pulley out when I went back to 93 for winter, like others said, I just took it easy and did not beat on the car. I drove it close to empty, put 93 in to about 3/4 tank, then ran that down close to empty and filled up again with 93 and parked it.

So what happens if I put 93 while it’s on the E85 tune and drive real slow? Would that cause detonation ?

It will run super rich, and destroy your cats, not to mention drive like complete shit. flash your 93 tune if you want to run 93

Worst case is it throws a wrench light for fuel trims out of range.

the ECU will still target the commanded lambda so won't run rich but might toss a wrench light
