Hello all,

I’m kinda new and barely getting into modding my engine. I recently purchased a 18+ manifold to throw on my 2015 gt, the guy I got the manifold off of also included 47lb injectors with the manifold I’ve read on other forums that stock injectors would be just fine since I’m not planning on going E85 any time soon. Would using the 47lb injectors do any harm to either injectors or engine? Should I just keep the 47lb injectors to the side till I decide to go E85? Can I just throw them on now since I’m going to be swapping the manifold anyways?

You need to be tuned for bigger injectors.

Just need to make sure you're tuned for it and there will be no issues. Let me know if you have any questions about grabbing a custom tune!
Great thank you Moe. So far I’ve just been getting my tunes from Bama/American Muscle since I purchased a tuner from their website and it comes with free revisions for life. I am interested in getting a custom tune from elsewhere though since I haven’t really heard of them being the best but I think it’ll do for now since I don’t have the money for a custom tune 😅. If you could leave me some recommendations though it would be greatly appreciated :). (I have a Rev-X Tuner by SCT)

Absolutely! For your 2015 GT, based on your modifications I'd recommend Shoemaker Performance, Palm Beach Dyno, OZ Tuning, 5Star, or VR Tuned. Since you have an SCT device, you wouldn't be able to use Lund Racing to tune your vehicle as they only support HPTuners.

Check out the tuners we have to offer at the link below and let me know if you have any questions!

Do the injectors give much of a performance gain.
