You answered your own question. Simply removing the resonated h-pipe with a plain non-resonated h-pipe increases volume quite a bit.
FYI: Installing the FPP X-pipe/res delete, made the Quiet setting more like the Normal setting, and the Normal setting more like the Sport setting, etc.

I just added LTH with a steeda h pipe and my factory active mufflers. It’s a very nice combo. Plenty loud in sport and track but very nice in quiet. Zero drone in 5th and 6th on the highway

just went and snagged this one for ya. Couple revs in quiet mode and normal drive away. Then same revs in track mode and a lot heavier on the throttle

Sounds so good I'm really mad I went with the Borla instead of headers 🄲

I almost got the Borla S type that is made for the mach 1 instead of the mach 1 mufflers šŸ˜‚ just decided to get the entire kit with the valence and save some change for boost. That video was the first time I heard it outside the car … I love it even more now

I have heard this Steeda H pipe is perfect for the M1. Raises the volume just enough. I just bought it.

You’ll love it. I’m assuming the Mach 1 mufflers have a little different tone than the GT but as far as volume goes, quiet is still pretty quiet (I have gotten zero complaints from my family or neighbors when I leave early in the morning for work). Everything else goes up one notch, normal volume is now like sport, sport like track and track is up a notch. To me the tone has stayed very similar to stock, it just screams a little more in the higher rpm’s than the stock resonator did. Not an apples to apples with my GT and your Mach 1 due to the different mufflers but hope it helps.

Not just the States, here in Europe the Mach 1 is by far the loudest stock car barely meeting the legal sound limits, loving that! 😁
Difference is in most states here, we basically do whatever we want and no one cares. Even in states with emissions testing, they have never once questioned how loud a car was that I brought in *shrug* It is surprising how loud the stock Coyote 5.0's are, though. I wonder sometimes how Ford pulled it off.
