Possibly hitting your speed limiter? Nothing on that graph suggests spark blow out.
I don’t think so, it supposed to be @ 186mph.

Finally got it on a dyno. A little lower than I was hoping for.. but the guy said it was acting like it was hitting a limiter at 6900rpm.. I’ve rung it out to 7500 on the street, so not sure what’s up with that… any insight on that? He said it was reading 7lbs of boost.

I forgot my laptop so I didn’t log unfortunately 😡

he showed me another line on the first pull that was up and down, he asked what my plugs were gapped to and I told him .28 and he had said they might need the gap closed a little more, but I’m honestly not sure if that has anything to do with it?..
You’re on 93 right? Looks pretty on par with what HPR dynoed at on a G3x with a 125mm but they were able to run it all the way out. Sure would love to see the logs… sucks you forgot the laptop.

Yea I am on 93.. yea really upset about forgetting it, Especially since I’ve had this issue, lol. Just my luck.

Yea and I’m on the 120.. I’d hope for just a little more than what they got.

VMP was nice enough to supply their own when I did mine so I didn’t have to worry about it. Is your spark plug gap per Wengerd?

I kind of just told him they were gapped to.028, he never asked for different. But I sent him an email today, he said it’s fine where it’s at, I could do .026 if I wanted but he doesn’t think that was an issue.

I will probably pull them anyways and just double check them.

I highly doubt they are the issue either but I do run mine at .026 per him also.

yea, I’ll log it sometime and send them to him.. what plugs do you use?.. I have the NGK 6510, but thinking about doing the Ford Performance plugs that ESS recommends.

I see you edited. So you have to remember even if you run a 120 and HPR a 125 it’s only in theory 1 maybe 2 psi of boost difference (once again in theory per ESS website) . They peaked at 7200 rpm and you peaked at 6600 rpm. So had it been able to run out to a full pull and say peaked out at 7200 rpm you may have seen another 40 whp which is round about what that extra psi of the 120mm gives you.

I do run NGK 6510’s and have not had issues with them on two different supercharger systems.

That’s what I keep telling myself. Once I get it figured out, I may put it back on the dyno, didn’t want to but I just want to see, lol.

Alright that’s good to know. I’ll just double check them for piece of mind and might just put them to .026 like you.

Definitely figure out the issue, fix it and get back on the dyno. I was disappointed in my own and figured out some my issue’s or things that weren’t the same as some others who had higher numbers and hopefully will get back on the dyno again soon myself.

Ok just checking. I do run DR’s in the back and while I inflated them up about 10 psi more then I run them on the streets I should have actually inflated them another 10 psi more. This unfortunately caused me to lose some HP on the dyno so I figured I’d ask.

Anyone getting belt slip? I am running the 120mm at the moment with the belt supplied from ESS. I switched to E85 this week and noticed my maf load dropped from a peak of 1.8 to a peak of 1.5 and the sensor went from maxing out at 86.68 to now hitting 75. Also I have some rubber shavings around the pulleys and just noticed what looks to be the start of belt damage (photo below). I don’t see any indication of rubbing anywhere and the belt is on the proper rib.
