Is there any way to make the quiet exhaust the default when you first crank up the car.

Seems like this would be the reason for it in the first place, to not wake the dead when you first crank your car up in your garage/driveway. I've tried parking it in quiet mode and setting a my mode with it in quiet mode but every time I start the car it's in normal mode.

Yes, in the settings there’s a quiet start option. You can set a time frame for it to start in quiet mode. I have mine set from 10pm to 8am

I have one neighbor who's a complete bitch. Sorry for the language, but there's not other way to put it. For her sake, if I could set it to always start in Track Mode exhaust, I would.

Except the neighbors on the other side are incredibly nice and have kids. So, yeah, I have mine set to Normal between 10pm and 8am as well.

I didn't believe mine worked until I got out and watched the vanes. Sure enough, they started closed in "quiet start" mode. I was much happier when I realized the feature is working, just misnamed... it's not "quiet," it's "START IN ONLY SLIGHTLY LESS LOUD" mode.

When it's cold, you get a throttle blip as it catches fire. That's just noisy no matter what. When restarting when hot, it seems to just roll over and idle, smooth as silk.

Very true, that initial "blip" is pretty loud when it's cold in whatever mode. Good thing it's pretty quick.

Love the quiet start feature on mine! I leave the house at 530 and if it didn't have that, I'd wake up my entire family as it shakes the damn house (and the exhaust is facing outside!). Just have to remember to reset when the battery is pulled...lol
