Is there a way to reset the accelerometer?

I can't figure out how to reset the accelerometer in the Track Apps. Can it be done?

I forget how but there is a button for resetting it. It is not intuitive.

I've tried everything I can think of and no bueno so far, but it is good to hear from you that there is some way... hope someone else remembers what button or combination of buttons does it.

It's under a different area in the apps. There's a clear all or reset but it's not under the "acceleratomter" screen. It's before it. Scroll down.

In my 2019 it works the same as to zero the trip meter: HOLD OK to Reset.

My 2017 does not have that, and I just tried the clear all/reset in the main track apps menu and it did not reset it. I wonder if it cannot be done in a 2017...

Thanks for posting the photos! My menu looks the same but "Clear Accel" did not show in that menu when I get to it. After looking at your photo I realized I needed to then scroll down after I get to that menu because it is down at the bottom and does not show up until you scroll down to find it. Doh. Mine is now cleared; thanks again!

It's the same way in my base-trim '18. Would be nice if it could be cleared/reset from the screen showing the telemetry graph. Not like "OK" button does anything else on that screen.
