New owner already a problem with power seat

Hello all, just bought a new 22 Mach 1 and having a problem. I already made a appointment at the dealership but hoping someone else experienced this and had a fix. Rather not take it in and be out of a car for a while.

Driver side power seat will not go up. it will go back and front but won't go up. I looked under the seat and made sure all connectors were plugged in correctly.

I wish I could offer some help, but I've never tried to make mine higher (based on the idea that we want to stay low to help the keep the center of gravity in the car as low as possible.) If I think of it in the morning, I'll see if there is an "up" button.

Mine goes up. I wish it would go lower. All the way down and I just clear the roof when wearing my helmet.

I had that happen to me on my 2021 Mach 1 with the leather Recaro seats once, I don't know what was up it was like stuck the handle wouldn't allow me to adjust the seat height at all. It just fixed itself next day by itself.

that's kind of what's happing with me, I keep going out to the garage and try it, about 30 times know, and its worked. I just went out and tried it and it didn't work.

I’d see if you can locate the electrical connector. Sounds like an intermittent connection from here. I’m guessing a pinched wire or a pin in the connector that isn’t fully seated in the connector housing.

Also the possibility of a bad switch. Unlikely but it can happen. The car is new, let the dealer handle it.

Here's the only SSM's related to S550 power seat motor issues. Granted OP has a 2022, but that isn't to say the SSM issues noted below are only segregated to pre-2022's...
