Questions on the wiring harness/rear camera recall

I had the car in a month ago for the dealer to take pictures of the harness and to order the parts,
I pressed them on the question why were pictures needed and they said there were several types.
I check in with them this week and they said nothing had come in and they had no expected delivery times..stunning!
1) Are there in fact multiple part numbers for this wiring harness?
2) Has anyone had this issue resolved in the past 2-3 months and how long idid you have to wait?

Yesterday I received another recall, this one is for the brake pedal stop bumper. It says that the bumper could disintegrate and fall off. I haven't brought my car in for the other 2 camera issues yet and probably won't since the camera is working fine. It is likely that Ford doesn't have any of the recall parts available anyway.

you remove the looming and splice the damage wires back together. you may need to replace some of the wire
