Wow that's a first of hearing this. On my 2019 I was having issues loading my tune at 11 p.m. and he surprisingly responded asap and walked me through it lol.

Odd, every single email I had sent to him some times late at night, he had responded back within an hour. Week days, and week ends.

What I really want to know is if the spelling of his name is Derel, Daryl or Daryle? I’ve seen all three used!

He’s been great to work with and answers all my rambling questions quickly. Even reviewing data logs on a Sunday!

Damn! You too? I hit him up to see if he'd tune a set up. I knew he'd probably say no because Lund and pbd won't either (anymore) but I figured it's worth a try. I've seen plenty of smaller shops willing but I was hoping to get someone with more s550 experience. Never got a response. Gonna have to hit up BMR soon when I'm ready.

BMR does good work in general, heavy on the BMW side. Will they do your setup? (Twins if I recall?)

Yeah twins. I hope they will. I've talked to a few others with boosted s550s that they've tuned for e54. I haven't reached out to them yet. It's more of a fall thing I'm trying to plan for ahead of time. That's why I reached out to Wengerd first.

Quick update, I just checked my RTD to make sure credits are loaded and Mr. Wizard Wengert already has my base tune loaded.....this was same day as data log sent!
Now just im-patiently waiting for my FIC 1000CC, DW415 fp, ESS SC, so I can get to work!
So far service with WP has been exceptional, fast, and on point.

Asking direct questions about turning off emissions related components usually will not get a response.

We can not and will not disable emissions just like all the other large scale tuners.

A $299 tune is not worth a 30k fine

His name on here says Daryle, so that's what I'd go with personally. People just can't spell.
