Then definitely dont look at the low mileage 19 350R on BAT right now- didnt even vacuum the car and then took close up pictures of the dirty floor mats- plus scuffed door sills- I mean it would only take all of about 5 minutes to clean this up prior to pictures
Yikes and that car only has 63 miles...

Normal. Driver with some miles - not an R. Priced is meh.
With a beat up B&O cover in the trunk and stained rear seats? It's the cheapest 2019 non R on the market that's a 1-owner. There must be a reason.

Not gonna happen anytime soon and never for mint examples that are garage queens.
Depends on what Ford makes for the next generation Mustang and how good it is. If it's nowhere near as good as the GT350R, values are safe. If it's close or better - values could fall at least somewhat.

I have always said this as well. Although it looks more and more like there will never be anything like the voodoo again. I am sure Ford will make some coyote based track car that will probably be quicker than the R, hell the Mach 1 is already close. But will the next track car have the character of the 350? I still feel pretty confident that the 350 has enough going for it that it will stand the test of time. It will always be sought after.

Then there is the aesthetics of the S650. I think the GT350 is the best looking S550.

If the S650 is ugly, and no ”special” manual track car is released, look out because the values of the 350 will climb even more.

100%. I do think they have time to pull something out of the hat, though. We will see.

Yeah, IF they don't do it - the 350 will be what the 997 GT3 was for a while there when all you could get new was 991 PDK.

I'm at 35,000 miles on a 2019... doesn't look like I'm trying to make a killing on re-sale here.
My plan was to drive the hell out of the Shelby with no thought of resale value.... only driving enjoyment value.

The next guy/gal is going to get a really worn out, well used, well enjoyed Shelby that was used for what it was intended to be used for.

Thank You Ford Performance!

Between all the issues ford had with the voodoo, the government killing supercharged v8 cars by 2024 and ford pushing electrification hard. I wouldn't be remotely surprised if their next track weapon has some sort of hybrid setup if not full electric.

And then if gas engines go away entirely the values could rocket skyward.

Hard to explain this going for $99K before premium while a HEPR (different paint job) goes for $170K+, or 70% more. But I’m all about the fundamental performance of the thing; I understand there are a lot of people making a bet on collectibility.
Again, the HEPR isn't just a new paint job. It's a special package and the final edition of the GT350R. Not sure how or why this narrative got started with the HEPR's not being as rare as certain color spec, therefore they shouldn't be that valuable. They're not comparable because the HEPR is in a entirely different group, such as a 2015 R or a Base R.
